Restored Counseling Group (RCG) was founded in 2019 in Grand Rapids, Michigan by a therapist that had a personal need to receive counseling services. More specifically the need was for a culturally competent, ethnically diverse practice that provided compassion and a safe place for people from all walks of life. . . the options were limited. Hence the birth of RCG. We sought to create a space where not only our clients felt heard, seen, and valued but our therapists as well. RCG is an owner operated therapy practice that strongly believes the best therapeutic outcomes come from a highly satisfied, affirmed, supported, and appreciated therapist.
